Day 4: Hi [first name], one quick nudge. Your story could be what helps someone who is still searching: [link]

Front desk, in person: "If today was helpful, a Google review about what you came in for really helps people find us."

Reply to a critical review: "Thank you for the feedback. We take this seriously and would like to make it right. Please call our office manager at [phone]." (Never confirm the person is a patient. Never mention care.)

Audit of 40 pasted reviews: 31 mention staff, 6 mention "functional medicine", 0 mention thyroid care. The gap is the next 90 days of asks.
